  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Grated coconut (100g packet)1 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 cup
  • White Alcohol Vinegar4 tablespoon
  1. In a pan put the condensed milk, grated coconut and margarine.
  2. Over low heat, stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Transfer to a container and place in the fridge to cool.
  4. In another pan, add the sugar and vinegar.
  5. On low heat, stir until it comes to a boil.
  6. Tip: Popping point is when the sugar melts. Take a drop and drop it into a glass of water and you hear a popping sound.
  7. Make balls with the dough and with the help of a fork dip into the still hot syrup.
  8. Place in a container and cool.
