- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- grated coconut100 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- White Alcohol Vinegar2 tablespoon
- In a pan put the condensed milk, cream, grated coconut and margarine.
- With medium fire, stir until it detaches from the bottom of the pan and gives a curl point.
- Let cool and make balls.
- To make the syrup, in a pan put the sugar and vinegar and with the fire stir until it becomes a golden caramel.
- With the help of a fork, pass the balls in the syrup and place on a plate to cool.
- After cold, just pack and then serve.
