- Take the condensed milk with the coconut and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes off the bottom of the pan (rolling point).
- Once cool, shape into balls and reserve in a buttered container while you prepare the syrup.
- Quickly dip the sweets in the syrup, let the excess drip off and place to dry on greased parchment paper.
