Com o fogo desligado, coloque em uma panela grande, o leite, o açúcar e o bicarbonato de sódio e dissolva tudo.

With the fire off, put the milk, sugar and bicarbonate of soda in a large pan and dissolve everything.

Após dissolver tudo, acenda o fogo e mexa com cuidado sem parar. Sempre retirando a espuma e nata, para dar um acabamento melhor e mais brilhoso. 

After dissolving everything, light the fire and stir carefully without stopping. Always removing the foam and cream, to give a better and brighter finish.

Quando ficar com ponto parecido com um brigadeiro mole, é só desligar e está pronto. 

When it looks like a soft brigadeiro, just hang up and it's ready.
