- Milk1 l
- Rice500 g
- Condensed milk (395g)1 unit(s)
- Sour cream (200g)1 unit(s)
- A generous pinch of salt to taste
- Optional: 4 cloves or 1 cinnamon stick to taste
- Syrup: sugar1/2 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Cook the rice in plenty of water and a pinch of salt. It will be fluffy and soft. Run from the water and book.
- Put the milk, cream, condensed milk and a pinch of salt in a pan. If you want, put cinnamon or Indian cloves (very little, just to give that light flavor).
- Stir very well and only then turn on the fire. Stir over high heat, when hot add cooked rice.
- Stir for about 5 minutes, do not let it dry completely (remember that rice pudding absorbs the milk and becomes 3x more consistent after it cools down). The result is a creamy sweet rice.
- Make a regular pudding sauce 1/2 cup of sugar 1/4 cup of water After ready, mix it with the ready-made sweet rice!
- Tip for those who don't want it with caramel: after it's ready, you can simply add grated coconut or paçoca, it's wonderful!
