- Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- Dried apricot8 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the oil and yogurt.
- Add the sugar, the wheat flour and beat for a minute, add the chopped apricots and the baking powder and mix.
- Grease a silicone mold with oil or a greased and floured aluminum mold and pour the dough
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
