- Milk or plant-based drink50 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oat flour40 g
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Natural Yogurt (optional)2 tablespoon
- Raisins2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil (can be olive oil)1/2 teaspoon
- Mix the egg, milk, oatmeal and cinnamon with the help of the whisk;
- Peel and cut the apples into slices, removing the middle;
- Grease the skillet with coconut oil and put it to heat;
- Pass the apple slices in the mix and place in the hot skillet;
- Let it brown on both sides and it's ready!
- Finish with yogurt and raisins (optional). With melted chocolate it is also very tasty.
