- Apple with skin, without the middle1 cup
- Banana2 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter1 teaspoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- Beat the apple, eggs, oatmeal, oil, cinnamon, water in a blender for 4 min.
- Pour into greased cupcake molds, add the pieces of banana and 1 spoon of peanut butter in each
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
