  1. Make the apple jam first: wash, peel and chop the apples. Place in a pan along with the lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Let it cook stirring constantly until it dries and becomes like a jelly. Reserve and let cool.
  2. Make the vanilla cream: in a pan place the condensed milk, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and mix, the yolks, pass through a sieve to remove the skin, mix together and add the vanilla. Cook over heat, stirring constantly, until creamy. Reserve and let cool.

Cook over heat, stirring constantly, until creamy. Reserve and let cool. Assembly: turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees. Take a sheet of ready-made puff pastry and fill each one with a little of the apple jam. This candy must be very cold. Close in a triangle shape and brush egg yolk on top. Place in a greased shape and bake until golden. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool down a bit.
  4. Place the vanilla cream in a piping bag fitted with a pitanga nozzle. Decorate the candy as you like. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
