  • unsalted margarine APPLE SWEET120 g
  • Gala apples, peeled and grated11 unit(s)
  • Refined sugar9 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice1 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Gems4 unit(s)
  • Vanilla0 to taste
  1. Grind the wafer in the processor (it can be in the blender) and add the margarine until you get a moist and homogeneous crumb. Line the base of a form with a removable background. Reserve.
  2. Place the grated apple, sugar and lemon over medium heat and cook until the water dries up.
  3. Add the cinnamon and let it cool and then spread it over the biscuit base. Reserve.
  4. Bring the condensed milk, the yolks and the vanilla to the fire in a pan and stir until it thickens. Turn off the heat and add the cream.
  5. Pour over the apple jam and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve cold.
