- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon

- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Pasta In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar and add the egg yolks, salt and vanilla essence. Mix well with your fingertips until the ingredients are well incorporated. Add the wheat flour little by little until you get a homogeneous mass, which does not stick to your hands. Make a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Store in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Cream In a small pan, add the NINHO Milk, the yolks, the MOÇA Milk, the corn starch and the vanilla essence. Mix well and bring to a boil. When it starts boiling, lower the heat and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Reserve.
- Roof In a bowl, mix the apples, sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
- Mounting On a surface sprinkled with wheat flour, open the dough, with the help of a rolling pin, and cover a removable rim shape (24 cm in diameter) and place the reserved cream at the bottom. Arrange the reserved apples in circles, forming a flower. Bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for about 30 minutes or until the dough is golden and the apples are cooked.
