  • medium apple1 unit(s)
  • Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
  • Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oat flakes2 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Coconut oil to taste
  1. Cut the apple in half, peel one of the halves and cut into cubes. The other half with the peel cut into thin slices. Reserve.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg, add the peanut butter, sugar, cinnamon, apple cubes and mix well.
  3. Add the yeast and stir gently.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet greased with coconut oil and place the apple slices on the bottom.
  5. Pour the dough over the slices, cover the skillet and bake over low heat.
