- melted milk chocolate500 g
- milk jam500 g
- Cut the apples into slices and remove the core from each apple slice with a cutter in the shape of your choice. Dry the apples with absorbent paper and stick each apple slice on a wooden skewer.
- Dip the apple slices in melted milk chocolate, remove excess chocolate and place on a plate lined with parchment paper. Take it to the freezer for about 5 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
- Remove the chocolate-covered apples from the freezer and, using a piping bag fitted with a pitanga nozzle, spread the dulce de leche on top of the apples. Add toppings of your choice and serve.
- You can top the dessert with melted white chocolate, broken down chocolate chip cookies, broken down chocolate chip cookies, colored milk chocolate sprinkles and peanuts to taste.
