Apples cut into cubes3 unit(s)
Egg3 unit(s)
Sugar. Unit: 1 and 1/2112 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Cinnamon. Unit: 1/212 tablespoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon

Chop the apples. Mix with 2 tablespoons of flour and set aside.
Blend all liquid ingredients in a blender.
Mix the rest of the flour and yeast with the apples.
Add the liquid and mix.
Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
*Airfryer - I separated the dough into two pans, one with a hole in the middle and the other without. I left it for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, but it remained raw at the bottom. Then...
...So I took it out of the pan, turned it over and left it for another 15 minutes at 140 degrees. I think next time I will leave it longer at a lower temperature.
