Flour and wheat or wholemeal flour2 cup
Sugar2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Eggs3 unit(s)
Large apples3 unit(s)
Oil1 cup

Grease and sprinkle with flour a medium shape (23×35), or with a hole in the middle.
Preheat the oven (medium 200°)
In a large bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Add the other dry ingredients. Reserve.
Peel the apples, reserving the skins. Chop into cubes.
Beat the eggs, oil and apple peels in a blender.
Add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix gently.
Add the chopped apples, mix and pour into the baking dish.
Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes in a medium oven. Until you stick a fork and come out dry.
Unmold, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
