Sugar2 cup
Canola oil1 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Cinnamon powder1 coffee spoon
Raisins (optional)1 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Margarine Sugar and Cinnamon (for unatar)1 to taste

In the blender, put the sugar, eggs and canola oil until you get a homogeneous mixture, pour the mixture into a bowl, add the wheat flour and mix well.
Add the cinnamon and baking powder and stir well, finally add the chopped apples and raisins and stir until they penetrate the dough.
Pour the dough into a central hole shape greased with margarine and sprinkled with the powdered cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake in a low oven for about 1 hour and a half, remove from the oven and wait to cool and unmold.
