Unleavened Wheat Flour2 cup
Sugar2 cup
Oil1 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)
Salt1 to taste
Baking powder1 coffee spoon
Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
Apples3 unit(s)

In 1 bowl, mix the sifted dry ingredients, except the baking powder, and set aside.
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes and set aside.
Beat the eggs, oil and apple peels in a blender. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir slowly. Add the yeast and stir slowly. Mix the cubed apples into the dough.
Put the dough in a round shape greased with margarine and wheat flour. Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 min. When unmolding, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
