- Pot of natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar or xylitol sweetener2 cup
- Almond or wheat flour2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Cranberries1 cup
- Blueberries1 cup
- Blueberries for garnish to taste
- Start by peeling the apples, reserve the peels to beat in the blender
- Cut the apples into cubes and set aside
- In a blender, beat the apple peels, eggs, yogurt, oil and sugar until smooth.
- In a bowl mix the almond flour with this mixture beaten in the blender
- Mix well until smooth
- Dredge the cranberries and blueberries in flour so they don't sink into the cake.
- Put the apples cut into cubes in the dough and mix gently
- Add the cranberries and blueberries and stir again.
- Lastly put the baking powder and mix gently
- Unite a round shape with a hole in the middle with a little butter and flour
- Add the cake batter and garnish with Blueberries
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
- Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
- The apples were soft and the cake is very Molhadinho 😋👌🎄
- Serve then 😉
