Cut the 4 apples into cubes and set aside!! In the blender, beat the apple peels, oil, eggs and book!!
In a container put flour, sugar, chopped apples, cinnamon and reserved mixture and stir well!!
Finally add the yeast, in a greased and infarinhada shape, put the dough and with the help of a sieve put sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the cake!!
Take to preheated oven, for about 40 minutes, or until golden!!
