Oat flour1 cup
Sugar1 cup
Egg2 unit(s)
Margarine2 tablespoon
Milk1 cup
Cinnamon to taste
Chemical yeast1 dessert spoon

First clean the apples very well, then cut one into cubes and the other into half moons, add eggs, sugar and margarine to a container.
Beat everything, then add the oat flour and milk, mix again, then add the diced apple and cinnamon, and finally the yeast
In a baking dish, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and heat over low heat until golden, add a little water and add the apple cut into half moons.
Add the dough to the pan, and place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°, leave for 40 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven, and enjoy a good cup of coffee to enjoy this wonder❤
