Apple cake

Descasque as maçãs em meia lua e finas. Reserve.
Bata à mão, os ovos, o açúcar e a canela e depois acrescente o óleo e o leite morno.
Passe a farinha pela peneira e mexa.
Acrescente o fermento e misture.
Acrescente as maçãs e misture.

Unte a forma com manteiga e polvilhe açúcar e canela.
Coloque a massa na forma e salpique mais açúcar e canela.
Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 180° por mais ou menos 20 a 30 minutos dependendo do seu forno.
Quando estiver bem dourado por cima, está pronto!

Peel the apples in half moon and thin. Reserve.
Beat the eggs, sugar and cinnamon by hand and then add the oil and warm milk.
Pass the flour through a sieve and stir.
Add the yeast and mix.
Add the apples and mix.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Put the dough in the mold and sprinkle more sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on your oven.
When it's golden on top, it's ready!
