eggs2 unit(s)
coconut milk or 1 cup of Greek yogurt500 ml
melted coconut oil1 tablespoon
small apple1 unit(s)
coconut sugar1/2 cup
rice flour1 cup
raisins1/2 cup
spice mix (see @funcionalexpress1 teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder1 teaspoon
baking powder ;2 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Peel the apple: reserve the skins, cut into small cubes;
In a bowl put the flours, raisins, chopped apple;
In a blender, beat eggs, sugar, oil, milk/yogurt, apple peels, cinnamon and spices;
Mix dry and wet and mix well;
Finally add the yeast and stir;
Place in an English, greased or silicone cake form;
Bake about 25 min or until toothpick points dry;
Wait for it to cool before cutting!
