Recipe

Whole or semi-skimmed milk1 cup
Ripe purple pitaya1/2 unit(s)
Demerara sugar or xylitol sweetener1 tablespoon
Wheat Flour1 cup
Wheat Flour1/4 cup
Eggs2 unit(s)
Melted butter2 tablespoon
Baking Powder3 teaspoon
Organic Honey (honey from Gerais) for pancake syrup to taste

Place the milk, eggs, melted butter and purple pitaya in a blender and beat well.
Add the sugar and flour and beat again, gradually add the flour
Lastly add the baking powder and beat quickly
Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add some of the batter (use a ladle)
Wait for it to brown and turn it to the side, cook for a few more seconds and that's it.
Repeat the process until all the pancakes are done.
Serve with Organic Honey 🍯😋
