Misture o ovo, o óleo, o açúcar, a essência de baunilha e o leite. 

Depois adicione a farinha de trigo e o fermento e misture de novo até ficar uma massa homogênea.

 Untar com pouco de manteiga uma frigideira usei aquela frigideira menor de ovo. 

Com auxílio de uma concha vai colocando uma porção da massa.

 Quando a massa começar a fazer umas bolinhas você vai virar o outro lado. Você vai fazendo em todas as porções de massa até acabar. 

Agora a melhor hora você vai decorar. Sugestão: morangos, banana, Mel, chocolate em calda, nutella,requeijão, geléia e leite condensado. Fica ao seu gosto.
E depois só comer.

Mix the egg, oil, sugar, vanilla essence and milk.

Then add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix again until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

 Grease a skillet with a little butter I used that smaller egg skillet.

With the help of a ladle, place a portion of the dough.

 When the dough starts to form little balls, turn the other side. You will do it in all the portions of dough until you run out.

Now the best time you will decorate. Suggestion: strawberries, banana, honey, chocolate syrup, nutella, cottage cheese, jam and condensed milk. It's to your liking.
And then just eat.
