Egg1 unit(s)
Milk1 cup
Wheat or oat flour2 cup
Sugar2 tablespoon
Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt in a blender, mixer or fork.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the yeast and beat again.
When it's homogeneous, add the yeast and beat just to mix.
Fry the portions (about a ladle) in a non-stick or regular skillet greased with olive oil.
If you prefer, add a mashed banana before frying.
