- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Oil1 teaspoon

- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Milk or semisweet chocolate150 g
- Fresh cream200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients until they are well mixed!! In a non-stick skillet, place a tablespoon full of the dough, in the center, without spreading!!
- Wait for the dough to make air bubbles, and gradually loosen the edges, and turn the pancake, letting the other side brown!!
- The pancake is ready, just enjoy! The tip is to stack one pancake on the other, so they keep the heat to be warm when eating!!
- GANACHE Melt the chocolate in the microwave, for that place the chocolate in a glass container, put it in the microwave and leave it on maximum power for 1 minute. Meanwhile, melt the butter. After the time has passed, remove the chocolate from the microwave and stir, if you notice that the chocolate has not melted well, leave it in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Place the melted chocolate in a pan along with the melted butter and the cream, leave it on low heat and stir until it becomes a homogeneous cream!!
- Just fill the pancakes with ganache!
