- Baking powder3 teaspoon
- Lightly beaten eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- In a bowl place the flour, sugar, yeast and salt and mix, then add the eggs, milk and butter. Mix well until the dough is homogeneous. Heat the skillet and drizzle a drizzle of oil, place the dough in the center, 1/4 cup per pancake. Turn the dough when it's golden, let the other side bake and it's ready, just decorate and eat as you want
