1 egg1 to taste
4 tablespoons of wheat flour4 tablespoon
3 tablespoons of milk3 tablespoon
1 teaspoon of yeast1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon of sugar1 tablespoon
Oil for frying to taste

Mix all ingredients by hand in a bowl
Put a drizzle of oil in the frying pan and spread it with a napkin, let it heat up.
Then with a spoon (soup) put the dough in the frying pan with hot oil and wait until it starts to bubble.
Flip the pancake so the other side cooks too.
Repeat the operation with all the dough and you are done! You can sprinkle it with honey and fruit, which is also delicious!
