Wheat flour110 g
Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
Milk50 ml
Cane molasses (Optional)1 teaspoon

Start by putting the sugar, molasses and eggs in a bowl, mix well.
Put the flour, bicarbonate and milk, mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Let a non-stick frying pan heat up if you don't have it you can put small squares of butter.
