- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Mix the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and the yeast.
- You can mix with your hands.
- After the dough is well mixed, add the yeast and, finally, the chocolate chips.
- Cover a tray or mold with parchment paper.
- Take the dough with a spoon and put it in the form. Move one cookie away from the other well, because in the heat of the oven, it will spread.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
- When the edge of the cookie starts to brown, take it out of the oven.
- It comes out of the oven very soft. After cooling, it becomes crispy.
