Softened Butter1/2 cup
Sugar3/4 cup
Brown sugar1/2 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Wheat flour225 g
Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
Chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate300 g
Baking powder1 teaspoon

Mix the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and the yeast.
You can mix with your hands.
After the dough is well mixed, add the yeast and, finally, the chocolate chips.
Cover a tray or mold with parchment paper.
Take the dough with a spoon and put it in the form. Move one cookie away from the other well, because in the heat of the oven, it will spread.
Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
When the edge of the cookie starts to brown, take it out of the oven.
It comes out of the oven very soft. After cooling, it becomes crispy.
