- coconut milk3/4 cup
- Brown sugar2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Oat, rice or wheat flour1 cup
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients leaving the yeast last, if the dough is too soft add more flour
- Grease a non-stick frying pan and light over medium heat, add a ladle of the dough and as soon as you see that it is already baked, turn to bake the other side.
- For the topping I used 1/4 cup of water, 2 strawberries and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, I left it on the fire until the water evaporates and the strawberry crumbles well, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick.
