- Cook the caramel with the brown sugar over medium heat.
- Heat the milk and pour it over the caramel slowly and stir to combine.
- With the help of a grater or zester, scrape the zest of the two oranges.
- Put the cinnamon and the juice of the two clove oranges in the milk and leave for 40 minutes, on the fire off!
- Beat the whites well and stop beating before getting in, mix the yolks and beat a little more.
- Mix the eggs with the milk and stir quickly so it doesn't cook.
- Let it cook for another 10 or 15 minutes without stopping stirring.
