Em uma panela alta, colocar o leite, açúcar, a canela, o cravo e a estrela de anis. Misturar bem e espere ferver.
Quando a mistura ferver, deixar no fogo por mais 5 minutos.
Após desligar o fogo, coloque o suco do limão e espere por mais 10 minutos para talhar bem.

Em uma tigela coloque os ovos e bate bem.
Colocar a mistura dos ovos na panela e misture bem, tem que envolver as misturas.
Ligue o fogo novamente, sempre fogo médio, mexer de vez enquando bem delicadamente.
Cozinhe até a coloração desejada ou até diminuir o líquido da panela.
Servir geladinho.
