- Recipe
- 2 cups of concentrated passion fruit juice400 ml
- 1/2 cup of water100 ml
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar90 g
- Passion Fruit Pulp2 unit(s)
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder12 g
- 1 box of condensed milk395 g
- 4 tablespoons of powdered milk70 g
- 2 boxes of sour cream400 g
- In a pan add 200ml of concentrated passion fruit juice, water, sugar, 2 passion fruit and mix.
- Stir until the syrup boils and is slightly thickened.
- In the blender, place the cream, condensed milk, powdered milk, 200ml of concentrated passion fruit juice and the already hydrated unflavored gelatin.
- Beat for 2 minutes.
- In pots of 100 ml each, distribute a little of the syrup and put a portion of the mousse, repeat the process until all the pots are finished.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Unmold and serve.
- Makes 15 units of 100ml each.
