- 1 pack of strawberry flavored gelatin25 g
- 1 1/4 cup hot water250 ml
- 1 1/4 cup room temperature water250 ml
- 1 box of condensed milk395 g
- 1 box of sour cream200 g
- Chopped chocolate100 g
- In the blender, put the gelatin powder, the hot water and hit it well. Then add the water at room temperature, the condensed milk, the cream and beat until smooth.
- Place in the freezer for 4 hours or until the edges start to freeze.
- Put the frozen gelatin in the mixer and beat very well for 10 minutes or until it doubles in volume, add the chopped chocolate and mix gently.
- Divide the contents into jars and place in the freezer again for 6 hours or until completely frozen. Help yourself.
