- 2 cups of milk400 ml
- 3/4 cup oil150 ml
- 1 1/2 cup sugar195 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- 2 cups of milarina240 g
- 1 cup cornstarch100 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 1 cup condensed milk250 g
- 1 cup coconut milk200 ml
- Dehydrated shredded coconut50 g
- In a pan with boiling water, place the corn husks and boil for 8 minutes. Remove the straws from the water and set aside.
- In the blender, place the corn, eggs, milk and beat very well for 2 minutes.
- Add the milarina, sugar, cornstarch, oil and beat for another 2 minutes.
- While beating, add the yeast and let it mix quickly.
- Grease a rectangular shape with margarine, arrange the straws in a way that they go a little beyond the edge of the shape and line the bottom of the shape as well.
- Pour the entire contents of the blender and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, mix the coconut milk and condensed milk.
- Remove the cake from the oven, pierce the entire cake with a toothpick, pour the syrup over the cake while it is still hot and sprinkle with the grated coconut. Help yourself.
