1 1/2 cup sugar240 g
3/4 cup oil150 ml
1 cup of milk200 ml
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar5 g
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
Food coloring to taste

In the blender place the eggs, milk, sugar, oil, vanilla sugar and beat well.
Add the wheat flour gradually while beating, then add the yeast and beat quickly just to mix.
Divide the dough evenly into 5 small pots, in each pot add a color of food coloring of your choice, and mix gently until you reach the desired color.
Grease a shape with a hole in the middle with butter or margarine, add half of the dough from each pot, one after the other and when you finish the sequence of colors, repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Unmold the cake, sprinkle with icing sugar or icing sugar and serve.
