- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
- 1 cup cup sugar160 g
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder7 g
- 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine75 g

- 5 tablespoons of corn starch80 g
- 3 cups of milk600 ml
- 3 tablespoons of sugar45 g
- Sifted egg yolk2 unit(s)
- 1 cup coconut milk200 ml
- 1 packet of shredded coconut100 g
- 1 box of condensed milk395 g
- In a pan add the milk, coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, 2 sieved egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of sugar, cornstarch, mix well and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until boil and thicken.
- In a bowl place the wheat flour, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, the baking powder and mix with your fingertips until you form a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- With this dough, line the bottom and sides in a form with a false bottom, add the cream, sprinkle the grated coconut on top, pour the condensed milk covering all the coconut and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. .
- Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
