Modo de Preparo da calda de caramelo

Em uma panela, acrescente o açúcar cristal e leve ao fogo mexendo sempre até derreter e caramelizar.

Coloque a água aos poucos e mexa até dissolver todo o açúcar. Retire do fogo e deixe a calda esfriar.

Modo de Preparo do bolo:

No liquidificador coloque os ovos, a manteiga, o açúcar refinado, 100g de coco ralado, o leite, a essência de baunilha e bata bem.

Despeje o líquido em uma tigela, acrescente o trigo e misture até ficar homogêneo.
