- 1 cup of sugar160 g
- 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine100 g
- 1 cup of milk200 ml
- 2 cups of wheat flour200 g
- 2 1/2 cups cocoa powder225 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- 4 cups of fresh cream800 g
- 1 1/2 cup chilled condensed milk395 g
- 1 cup powdered milk90 g
- Chocolate sprinkles to taste
- In the blender place the eggs, milk, butter or margarine, sugar, and beat. While beating, add 1 cup of cocoa powder and the wheat gradually.
- Add the baking powder and whisk briefly just to combine.
- Grease a shape with butter or margarine, place the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- Once the cake is cool, break it up until it is completely crumbly.
- In a bowl, place the fresh cream, the powdered milk and beat until it acquires a whipped cream consistency. Add 1 1/2 cup cocoa powder, the chilled condensed milk and beat again just to combine.
- In a marinex place half of the cake, spread it over the mold and then press it. Put half of the whipped cream, spread and repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients. Decorate with grated chocolate and refrigerate for 4 hours or until completely chilled. Help yourself.
