1 cup of oil200 ml
1 1/2 cup sugar240 g
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour350 g
1 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder21 g
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar5 g
Sliced Apples to taste
Cherries to taste

In the blender place 4 apples, eggs, sugar, oil, milk and beat very well for 3 minutes.
In a bowl place the wheat flour, vanilla sugar, the beaten liquid and mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Add the yeast and stir gently.
Grease a mold with butter or margarine, sprinkle a little sugar on the bottom, distribute slices of apples, cherries and pour the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes, unmold and serve.
