- Wheat flour120 g
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Sugar180 g
- Chocolate powder69 g
- Dulce de leche400 g
- Semi-sweet chocolate bar200 g
- Sour cream100 ml
- Chocolate sponge cake: In the mixer place the eggs for 5 minutes and gradually add the sifted sugar, beating for another 10 minutes. Turn off the mixer and add the sifted flour and chocolate together slowly, stirring slowly so as not to lose any air.
- Grease a greased shape with oil and chocolate powder by placing a paper towel on the bottom of the shape.
- Bake for 40 minutes in a 180° oven. Unmold cold and crumble.
- Alpine Cream: Melt the semisweet chocolate and mix with the cream and milk jam.
- In the 250g pot put a layer of cream, a layer of cake and wet with milk and chocolate, another layer of cream, another layer of cake, wet, and cover with cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
