Pão de ló de chocolate:
Na batedeira colocar os ovos por 5 minutos e ir acrescentando o açúcar peneirado aos poucos batendo por mais 10 minutos.
Desligar a batedeira e colocar a farinha e o chocolate peneirados juntos aos poucos mexendo devagar para não perder o ar.


Chocolate sponge cake:
In the mixer place the eggs for 5 minutes and gradually add the sifted sugar, beating for another 10 minutes.
Turn off the mixer and add the sifted flour and chocolate together slowly, stirring slowly so as not to lose any air.


Untar uma forma untada com óleo e chocolate em pó colocando papel toalha no fundo da forma.

Grease a greased shape with oil and chocolate powder by placing a paper towel on the bottom of the shape.

Assar por 40 minutos em forno de 180°.
Desenformar frio e esfarelar.

Bake for 40 minutes in a 180° oven.
Unmold cold and crumble.

Creme Alpino:
Derreter o chocolate meio amargo e misturar com o creme de leite e o doce de leite.

Alpine Cream:
Melt the semisweet chocolate and mix with the cream and milk jam.

No pote de 250g colocar uma camada de creme, uma camada de bolo e molhar com leite e chocolate, outra camada de creme, mais uma camada de bolo, molhar, e cobrir com creme e polvilhar com chocolate em pó.

In the 250g pot put a layer of cream, a layer of cake and wet with milk and chocolate, another layer of cream, another layer of cake, wet, and cover with cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder.
