A clara tem que bater até ficar em ponto de neve. Reserve. 
Em uma tigela colocar a gema, a manteiga e o açúcar. Bater a ficar esbranquiçada. 

The egg white has to beat until it becomes snowy. Reserve.
In a bowl put the egg yolk, butter and sugar. Beat to become whitish.

Adicionar o leite e as farinhas aos poucos e misturando sempre. Adicionar as clara e neve e misturar delicadamente. Colocar as uvas passas e as amêndoas na massa. Você pode deixar um pouco separado para colocar em cima do Muffin.

Add the milk and flour little by little, mixing all the time. Add the egg whites and snow and mix gently. Put the raisins and almonds in the dough. You can leave a little separate to put on top of the Muffin.

Por último colocar o fermento em pó e misturar delicadamente. Colocar a massa na forminha de cupcake e levar para assar por 25 minutos ou até dourar.

Lastly put the baking powder and mix delicately. Put the dough in the cupcake form and take it to bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
