Almond Cake with Coconut

Bata os ovos com o açúcar e espere ficar bem claro. Adicione a farinha de trigo com a farinha de amêndoas e misture aos poucos delicadamente. Colocar em duas formas de 20cm de diâmetro e levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 180°C por mais ou menos 30/40 minutos.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and wait for it to become very clear. Add the wheat flour with the almond flour and mix slowly gently. Place in two 20cm diameter molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30/40 minutes.

Coloque o chocolate branco com 100ml de leite de coco e derreta em banho-maria numa tigela. Em outra tigela misture o cream cheese até ficar macio e adicione o chocolate derretido e misture até incorporar tudo. 

Place the white chocolate with 100ml of coconut milk and melt in a bain-marie in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth and add the melted chocolate and mix until everything is incorporated.

Em outra tigela, bate 500ml de creme de leite fresco em ponto de chantilly com 150g de açúcar de confeiteiro. Adicionar a mistura do chocolate branco e misturar rapidamente até tudo se incorporar, esse será o seu recheio e cobertura.

In another bowl, beat 500ml of whipped cream with 150g of icing sugar. Add the white chocolate mixture and mix quickly until everything is incorporated, this will be your filling and topping.

Molhe o bolo com o restante do leite de coco enlatado, recheie e cubra-o todo com a mistura do chantilly e chocolate branco e decore com coco ralado em todo o bolo e amêndoas por cima. 

Wet the cake with the rest of the canned coconut milk, fill and cover it all with the whipped cream and white chocolate mixture and decorate with grated coconut all over the cake and almonds on top.
