- Ganache: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside.
- Spread dulce de leche on the cookie and place the paliyo in the middle towards the end of it. Repeat the process on another cookie and place on top (the toothpick will be between the two. Add another cookie with dulce de leche inside. With the help of a spoon, pour the ganache and place it in a bowl lined with parchment paper. in the freezer for 25 minutes.
