- Sugar200 g
- Milk240 ml
- Oil240 ml
- Organic Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180°C
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Grease a mold with a hole in the middle very well with a lot of oil or a lot of butter. No need for flour.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes in a conventional oven or until a toothpick is inserted and it comes out dry or until golden.
