- Condensed milk395 g
- Liquid whole milk395 ml
- Milk powder2 tablespoon
- Crystal Sugar1 cup

- Start by melting the sugar, this caramel will not water, you will just melt it over low heat until it becomes fluid.
- Pass the melted sugar all over the roast, I used a 20cm pudding mold.
- A tip to not get full of holes is to mix the ingredients with a whisk, instead of hitting the blender.
- Mix the eggs, condensed milk, liquid milk until homogenized, finally add the powdered milk and mix until a homogeneous liquid remains.
- Preheat the oven to 180° for 5 minutes and prepare the bain-marie.
- Add the pudding pan to the bain-marie and finally, pour the batter into the center of the pan slowly to prevent too much air from passing through.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely and place in the fridge.
- After ice cream, unmold and enjoy this dessert delight!
