  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Liquid whole milk395 ml
  • Milk powder2 tablespoon
  • Crystal Sugar1 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  1. Start by melting the sugar, this caramel will not water, you will just melt it over low heat until it becomes fluid.
  2. Pass the melted sugar all over the roast, I used a 20cm pudding mold.
  3. A tip to not get full of holes is to mix the ingredients with a whisk, instead of hitting the blender.
  4. Mix the eggs, condensed milk, liquid milk until homogenized, finally add the powdered milk and mix until a homogeneous liquid remains.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180° for 5 minutes and prepare the bain-marie.
  6. Add the pudding pan to the bain-marie and finally, pour the batter into the center of the pan slowly to prevent too much air from passing through.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely and place in the fridge.
  9. After ice cream, unmold and enjoy this dessert delight!
