- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk as per the condensed milk box1 unit(s)
- Medium eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar (for syrup)2 cup
- In a blender place all the ingredients. Whisk for 5 minutes so it doesn't smell like eggs.
- Put the sugar in a pan and over low heat, stir until it melts and becomes a caramel.
- Pour in a pudding mold and then the pudding liquid.
- Bake in a medium oven in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
- Test with a toothpick and if it comes out clean after 40 minutes it is done. If not, leave it for another 5 to 10 minutes.
