Beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk in a blender, and set aside.
Make the syrup. Place the sugar in a pan and place over a medium heat, stirring little by little until everything is melted, then add the water and stir until everything is melted.
Pour the syrup into the mold and the blender mixture and then cover with aluminum foil.
Cook in a bain-marie for 20 minutes. When cool, put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, just unmold and enjoy.
