- sugar1 cup
- water1/2 cup
- Granulated Tapioca1 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Milk2 cup
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- grated coconut1 to taste
- In a pan, bring the sugar to the boil and cook until caramelized.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and turn off the heat.
- Pour this syrup in a shape with a hole in the middle and book.
- In a bowl, mix the granulated tapioca with hot coconut milk and let it hydrate for 20 to 30 minutes, set aside.
- Beat the condensed milk and the eggs in the blender.
- Open the blender lid and add the hydrated tapioca.
- Whisk quickly, just to blend. Mix the coconut. Pour this mixture into the reserved form with the syrup.
- Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie (180°C) for about 60 minutes. Unmold and store in the fridge It's delicious đ DO IT AND THEN TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!
